Welcome! I’m Michael Gregor. As a founder and entrepreneur, I built my first organization at the age of 19.
Today, I bring 15 years of experience working with visionary leaders in Oakland, California on their toughest organizational dysfunctions. I offer openness, good humor, deep listening, and a non-judgmental approach to my coaching and facilitation engagements. Clients have come to rely on me for my creativity, compassionate provocation, and inclusive style as I support them in achieving their goals.
